How to Apply
Please e-mail us to request a copy of the application forms to be mailed to you.
Make sure you include your name, mailing address, phone number, and the address or name of the property you are applying for in your request.
If you have roommates, please include their names as well in your request.
Please do not request an application form if you plan on looking at a property in person first before applying.
There is a $45 application fee per occupant payable by check, money order, or cashier's check only.
There is a $30 fee for each additional credit report.
Application fees are nonrefundable.

Before we can begin to process an application, we must have the following:
1. Valid Picture ID
2. Completed signed application form
3. Application fee must be paid by check, money order, or cashier's check
4. Signed privacy policy and tenant selection criteria
In processing your application, we will check the following:
1. Criminal history
2. Previous rental history
3. Credit history
4. Income
Ground for non-approval may include:
1. Felonies or other criminal history that may be considered a problem
2. Broken leases, evictions, or poor rental history
3. Deliquent student loans
4. History of late payments or poor credit history
5. Dogs that are generally considered aggressive breads
6. Lack of rental or credit history and/or verifiable income
